I have over 9 years of experience creating curriculums and training materials in asynchronous, blended, and live instructor-led formats in a variety of different industries centered around product knowledge, systems training, and soft skills training for both external and internal audiences. I am also 70% complete with my Master's in Instructional Technology degree.

My design process revolves around the ADDIE model blended with aspects of the SAM model, depending on the industry. 

1. After an initial consultation with you, I will prepare a design document to outline the specifications of your project to include: scope, curriculum outline, technologies used, interactivity types, learning objectives, budget, SME's and other relevant stakeholders, deliverables, Instructional Design methodology used, timeline, and learning outcomes. 
2. Once you have approved the design document, I will then move into the development phase where I will provide at least two revisions based on your feedback. 
3. Once the development has been approved, I will then move into the implementation phase where technical feasibility will be tested. 
4. If requested, I would then move into the evaluation phase between 2 weeks to 1 month after implementation so that we can collect data from learners and measure the results of the learning deliverable.
